All items sold on SVG Dreamer are digital files delivered via instant download. Because digital goods cannot be physically retrieved once downloaded, please review product preview images, technical specifications, and descriptions carefully before completing your order.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our core commitment. We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee or Free File Fix within 14 days of purchase under any of the following circumstances:

• Corrupt / Unusable Files: The file is damaged, cannot be opened, or cannot be processed by standard design software (Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator), and our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours.
• Significant Misrepresentation: The downloaded design is materially different from the sample image or description shown on our website.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally ordered the exact same design file twice.

3. How to Request a Refund
